Bought a car from out of state and had a very good experience! This dealer was willing to take the car to a 3rd party inspection for me, was kind and respectful, and when we drove down there to complete the purchase, the dealer was organized and prepared. The car had a clean Carfax report with no major defects. I would buy from them again.

I arrived at iCar AutoSales looking for a Toyota Tacoma and I found the best deal in Murfreesboro. I went to all the delearships in Murfreesboro looking for a nice Tacoma for a fair price. The other dealerships in Murfreesboro were asking too much for their products.I walked away after a brief and enjoyable discussion with Moe as a sastified customer with a great Tacoma! I purchased my 2012 Toyota Tacoma from here a couple weeks back. Love the truck but when I bought it, it had a couple of unknown issues. The A/C blew cold but 2 days later it was blowing hot. Also the screen on the radio didn't register to the touch any longer.I purchased the truck as is. Technically the dealership had no legal obligation to fix anything but these guys made it right, fixed the freon leak in the A/C and I had a new radio put in as well. They didn't charge me anything and I'm sure they lost some money but they cared more about their reputation as well as my customer satisfaction.Normally I'm weary of small dealerships, but these guys are trustworthy and have earned my trust. Five Stars all the way around 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Dad and I had a difficult time at major dealers. He didn't want to go to a "mom & pop" place. If Tom and the others hadn't been so nice and negotiable. I would not have gotten my dream Lexus. I truly felt like they went out of their ways to make my Dad happy and get me in this car. 2015 Lexus GS350 F Sport AWD.
